Commentary
Interest rates and affordability continued to shape buyer behaviour. Many buyers approached decisions with more due diligence — additional viewings, closer scrutiny of comparable sales, and greater attention to condition and carrying costs.
Sellers who launched with realistic pricing and strong presentation still attracted meaningful interest. Properties launched at aspirational prices generally required time or adjustments.
